With our hygiene department now fully staffed and Dr. Wade J. Starkey joining our team,  we are now able to resume welcoming new patients to our clinic.  We strive to provide a safe and caring experience as we work with you to improve and maintain your dental health.


While the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions have been lifted,  many of our clinical protocol changes do remain in effect for the improved safety of our patients and team.  Our Vaniman Gold extraoral suction units are in place for heavier aerosol generating procedures.  All operatories also have Honeywell air HEPA filtration units in place.  If you have concerns due to age, medical conditions, or general concerns about risks , please feel free to call us at 634-6421 in order to discuss them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

Simply contact us by phone, e-mail, or stop in personally. We will have you fill out an information and medical history form, a federal HIPPA privacy form, and insurance authorization, if applicable. These forms can also be mailed to you in advance for you to fill out at your convenience.


Can I see the dentist or hygienist of my choice?

Absolutely! If you have a preference, please let us know when you make an appointment and we will schedule you accordingly.


Do you process my insurance?

Although we do not participate as a provider directly for Delta Dental, Met-Life, Aetna, or others,  we will process and submit your claims for you. We will generally process your claims electronically the same day that you are seen.


When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We do accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards, as well as cash or check. A service charge begins to apply on any balances beyond sixty days.
