Our Team

Our goal is to make all of our patients feel right at home in our office. We put your needs and comfort first to achieve efficient and timely treatment. Our staff is professionally trained and are dedicated to providing friendly and personable services to each patient. Our team consists of licensed dental assistants, registered dental hygienists and office and sterilization staff with many years of dental experience.

Dr. Scott A. Winkle

I graduated from Kasson-Mantorville High School in 1984 and the University Of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1991. I have practiced in Kasson since graduation and am a member of the American Dental Association, MN Dental Association, and Zumbro Valley Dental Society. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry with special interests in aesthetic procedures, implants, and children's care. I am also excited about improvements in materials, techniques, and growing applications for digital scanners in dentistry.

I am married to Linda and have three children, Ari (33), Matthew (23), and Aaron (21). I enjoy numerous sports activities including weight training, snowboarding & skiing, running, and fishing. I also enjoyed my children's sports including stints of coaching basketball, t-ball/softball, soccer, and youth football. We enjoy spending time at the lake in Wisconsin as well as traveling with friends and family to new places.
Dr. Wade J. Starkey

I graduated from Kasson-Mantorville High School in 2014 and subsequently completed a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2019. After working for one year, I joined the College of Dentistry Class of 2024 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. I began my journey in private practice in May of 2024 at the Kasson Dental Clinic and am extremely proud to serve the community where I was raised. I am a member of the American Dental Association and graduated from UNMC with a strong interest in the restorative and surgical aspects of dentistry. I'm very excited to utilize the cutting-edge technology and work with the immensely supportive staff to best serve the patients of this community.
My wife, Hannah, is originally from Rochester where we met during my time at work before dental school. We both look forward to beginning new careers back in our home-state and starting a family. My mission since starting my dental education has been to put the needs of the patient first, and I hope to continue to emphasize that at the Kasson Dental Clinic. When I'm not practicing dentistry, I enjoy exercising, spending time with friends/family, and outdoor activities like hunting and fishing.
